Wearing identity cards on campus and during internships or visits to community centers is mandatory.
Notices regarding various activities will be displayed on the notice board. Students must read them and take necessary actions.
Ragging and cyberbullying of any kind are strictly prohibited. Any complaints in this regard will be addressed with strict action by the Discipline Committee.
The use of cell phones during lectures and library work is prohibited. However, if required for academic purposes, cell phones may be used under faculty supervision.
Smoking or consumption of any intoxicants is strictly prohibited on campus, including during internships, picnics, and field visits.
Students are advised to use bicycles or public transport for commuting to college. Those coming from distant areas may use two-wheelers, which must be parked strictly in the designated areas.
Students should take care of the plants and trees within the campus premises.
A no-plastic policy is recommended. Avoid using single-use plastic at all times.
Waste must be segregated into wet and dry categories and deposited in appropriately marked bins.
Use water and electricity judiciously to conserve resources.
Students are not permitted to organize activities like picnics and outings on behalf of the college without prior approval.
Attendance at lectures, guest lectures, workshops, community work, and internships is mandatory. As per university directives, 80% attendance in theory lectures and 90% in practical work is required.
Students must be present on time and mark their attendance daily with their class teacher.
In case of absence, students should inform the college in advance if possible. In emergencies, leave may be taken, but the student must meet the Principal and submit a leave note upon returning.
The B.Ed. program includes continuous evaluation through essays, class tests, project-based work, assignments, internship experiences, etc. Attendance is compulsory for all these activities.
Students are expected to submit all assignments and projects by the deadlines announced by the college.
Students must be dressed in decent attire at all times.
The dress code for internships is as follows: saree for female students and formal shirt and trousers for male students.
Students should keep classrooms, washrooms, common rooms, and other premises clean and tidy.
Switch off fans and lights when not in use to conserve energy.
